College of New Caledonia In-Country Representative Vietnam

CNC would like to increase its Vietnamese student applications and therefore requires an in country representative. The qualifications required and duties of the successful candidate are:

Qualifications

• Graduate from post-secondary education, preferably experience as an international student
• Knowledgeable about the Canadian post-secondary system, preferably British Columbia specifically
• Knowledgeable about the international student application process
• Knowledgeable about the Canada Express Study Program
• Strong English Language skills required

Duties

• Develop strong positive relationships with agents within Vietnam
• Ensure that agents are knowledgeable about CNC
• Promote programs and services of CNC with agents and represent the College of New Caledonia at fairs
• Report and communicate monthly to the Director of International Education at CNC. Monthly reports will include all activities with the agents, numbers of inquiries, number of applications and any other related outcomes and follow up activity required by the International Department
• Maintain agencies’ contact and conduct follow up
• Promote CNC with parents
• Report to the Director any issues arising
• Provide CNC with monthly invoices
• Organize own travel logistics
• Conduct business in a professional manner in keeping with CNC’s policies and standards
• Provide the Director with marketing and recruiting strategies
