As of October 20, 2020, international students who hold a valid Canadian study permit or who received a letter of introduction from IRCC are able to travel to Canada if they attend a designated learning institution (DLI) with a COVID-19 readiness plan that has been approved by their province or territory. More info can be found on the IRCC website here. Douglas College Student Services team has outlined travel eligibility requirements and self-isolation accommodation options. Students must submit their Quarantine Plan to Douglas College at the link above in order to receive a Travel Support Letter. The ultimate authority allowing students into the country rests with the Canadian Border Services Agency.
