Last week, Ontario’s Education Minister Stephen Lecce made an announcement regarding the provincial safe reopening of schools for in-class instruction in September. The full news release can be found here.
Based on the Minister’s recommendations, our administrative team has been working with the ministry of education officials to complete the detailed plans for when school resume on September 8. We are also considering options for international students who may face difficulties attending schools in September due to the current travel restrictions by the governments.
We will keep you closely posted on any updates from the ministry and our board. Please stay tuned for more updates as we intend to communicate more specific details about what staff, parents and students can expect when school resumes on September 8.
