For your students starting September 2021 term, the refund policy extension till December 13th 2021 allows your students to have the peace of mind while they are waiting for their study permit application decision. The full refund (except $200) is guaranteed provided your students follow withdrawal deadlines, terms and conditions please visit withdrawal refund process.
To qualify under this amendment, your students must meet the following requirements:
- Students have provided Niagara College – Toronto with a proof of study permit application submission to IRCC by uploading it to their NCToronto Student portal by September 8, 2021.
- In the event of the study permit rejection, students officially request to withdraw from their studies through the official withdrawal process from the NCToronto Student Portal by December 13, 2021 and upload a copy of the study permit rejection decision from IRCC.
