When applying for admission, candidates with international studies are required to submit their required documents by email. Saskatchewan Polytechnic reserves the right to request the original copies of documents that have been emailed or uploaded for the purpose of verification.
Saskatchewan Polytechnic reserves the right to request original admission and identification documentation for control purposes. If you are randomly selected to provide verification, you will be notified through your mySaskpolytech letter portal. Ensure you bring the original versions or certified true copies of your documents to Canada to avoid having to make arrangements remotely.
PENALTIES FOR INCOMPLETE DECLARATIONS AND FALSIFIED OR FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS
If you make a false or incomplete declaration or provide falsified or fraudulent documents, you risk significant penalties.
Translations: All documentation, if not issued in English, must include notarized translations into English.
If the name on the passport and the educational documents are different, proof of name change/affidavit is required.
If applicants write Duolingo, please give access/share results with Saskatchewan Polytechnic at the time of application so that online verification can occur at the time of assessment.
Post Graduate: If applying to Post Graduate programs, a copy of the Degree Certificate is required.
Ensure to apply with your full names and not just one name.
Please do not include references, CVs, bank statements or job experience documents as it delays the processing time of applications.
