**Job Description:
NOIC Academy Canada is seeking a full-time Recruiter based in Vietnam to represent our institution and recruit international students from Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Vietnamese international student market and possess the ability to effectively represent NOIC Academy at various events, school fairs, and other recruitment opportunities.
**Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from Vietnam.
2. Represent NOIC Academy at recruitment events, school fairs, and other relevant gatherings.
3. Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants, schools, and other partners in Vietnam to facilitate student referrals.
4. Conduct informational sessions and presentations about NOIC Academy to prospective students and their families.
5. Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
6. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely communication with applicants.
7. Stay informed about changes in education policies, visa regulations, and other relevant factors that may impact student recruitment from Vietnam.
8. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted at the Vietnamese market.
9. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
**Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
3. Strong understanding of the Vietnamese international student market and cultural nuances.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.
7. Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
8. Familiarity with the Ontario education system and the OSSD program is an asset.
