Saanich Schools bắt đầu mở lại vào tuần sau

Schools in Saanich are slowly starting to open next week. The Provincial Government is planning for all schools to fully reopen in September for the 2020-2021 school year. Please note we are still in uncertain times and the information provided below is subject to change.

Please consider the following information for September 2020 school start.

Students can arrive no earlier than August 24th. If students arrive any earlier than August 31st, there will be an additional cost per day for homestay. This comes down to $32 per day.

All students traveling to Canada from their home country will have to do a 14-day self-quarantine mandated by the Canadian Federal and Provincial Government. Any documents required for immigration for quarantine we will provide before the student departs. We are currently planning for students to self-quarantine in the home of a SISP Host Family.

New student orientation details will come out as more information is released by Federal and Provincial Governments regarding international travel.

Airport pick-up

SISP is currently working on arranging airport pick-up for students. Pick-up will be by one of the following arrangements:

  1. Host family picks up student according to SISP Health and Safety Protocols
  2. Student will be picked up by a SISP representative and transported to their homestay

Homestay Profiles

The Homestay Team aims to send out Host family profiles during the first two weeks of July.

In order to hold a seat for September 2020, tuition payment must be completed by June 15th.
